Kristen Gibson-Herrington Position: Assistant Athletic Trainer

Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University 2001.
Masters of Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2003. Graduate Assistant for two years.

Kristen Herrington is in her fourth year as the assistant athletic trainer here at Adrian College, and served as the interim head athletic trainer in the fall of 2004. She earned her BS degree in exercise science from Western Michigan University in 2001. Through 2001 to 2003 Kristen worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Armstrong Atlantic State University Pirates in Savannah, Georgia. While working at this position she earned her MS degree in sports medicine from Armstrong Atlantic State University and graduated in 2003. Prior to her position here at AC, Kristen was an assistant athletic trainer at Savannah College of Art and Design mainly working with the volleyball, women's basketball, and softball teams. Kristen recently married Tyson Herrington '97 (former AC baseball pitcher) and they reside in Manitou Beach.
