HILLSDALE, Mich. - The Gina Relays began in full force on Friday and the Bulldogs had a few athletes compete in their first day of competition.

Mike Arnett placed 30th in the hammer throw with a toss of 128'8" and also was 26th in the shot put with a throw of 41'10". Marcus Duncan cleared a height of 6'2.75" in the high jump which placed 15th. He also finished 14th in the long jump out of 31 participants with a distance of 21'3.5".

Justin Kulman competed in the 400 meter hurdles and crossed the finish line in a time of 59.13. Jason Sweeney also ran in the hurdles and finished with a time of 1:01.85.

Caitlin Dickerson and Brianna Davis competed in the shot put and finished 32nd and 33rd respectively. Dickerson had a best toss of 33'8" while Davis threw the shot a distance of 32'11.75". Allison Lofgren placed 29th in the long jump with a distance of 14'10".
