Gordie Theisen is in his third year as the pitching coach for Adrian College.

Theisen has been coaching baseball since 1979. He served as the Head Baseball Coach at Siena Heights University from 1987-2003, finishing with 341 career wins, including several victories over Division I opponents, including Michigan State University, University of Michigan, and University of Toledo. He produced three Saints that were drafted by Major League teams during his coaching tenure and three more players that signed pro contracts.

Theisen also runs his own business, GT Athletic Consulting and Baseball Instruction in Adrian.

He has a son Eric, who is a senior pitcher at Illinois State University and a daughter Tess, who is a senior at Adrian High School.
