Adrian College Baseball Showcase & Speed Training Clinic

We would like to invite you to our Baseball Showcase and Speed Training Clinic on December 22nd. The Showcase will be held in our indoor facility at Adrian College. This is an excellent opportunity to display athletic talent to the Adrian College Staff. Parents are also encouraged to attend the informative meeting on Adrian College and the recruiting process.

The Coaching Staff at Adrian hopes to see you on the 22nd!

When: Saturday, December 22nd

Time: 12:00-5:00

Age: High School

Cost: $30.00 (make checks payable to Adrian College Baseball)

Agenda: Athletes will check-in between 11:30-12:00. The staff will work with the athletes in the following areas:
- Running
- Throwing
- Catching/ Throwing Times
- Defensive Drill Work
- Batting Practice

Speed Agility/ Weight Training: 2:45 - 4:00
Athletes will go through an intense College Speed Agility and Strength Training by the Adrian Staff. The athletes will perform drills that will help increase their speed and strength that will help them prepare for college baseball.

Adrian College Informative Session: 4:00 - 5:00
The coaching staff at Adrian will discuss the program and school. The staff will also answer any questions that the athlete or parent has. The results sheet of the showcase will be given to the athlete at this time.
