ADRIAN, Mich. - The men's soccer team finished up the regular season a week ago at Olivet and the MIAA has made their announcement of the all-conference players for 2007. Adrian College junior midfielder Eric Drake (Chesterfield, Mich./L'Anse Creuse HS) was named Second Team All-MIAA and served as a team leader for head coach Evan Himes. Drake played in all 18 matches for the Bulldogs and started 16 times. He scored two goals on the season in back-to-back games against Olivet and Alma and notched the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win over Olivet on October 9. Drake finished the year with 10 points and recorded six assists to go along with his two goals. He ranked second on the team in points, shots and shots on goal.
