Bulldogs Take 3-2 Neutral Win over Manchester

ANGOLA, Ind. - The Adrian College volleyball team played its first match on Saturday against Manchester College and fought its way to a 3-2 win at Tri-State University.

The Bulldogs won by the game scores of 30-28, 30-27, 35-37, 26-30, 15-9 and picked up its 12th win of the season. Natalie Niblock recorded a season-high 64 assists and had a double-double with 13 digs. Lindsey Eshelman led all players with 25 kills and hit .358 for the match with 13 digs and four block assists. Jenny Carlson tallied 21 kills and hit .300 for the five games. She also had six digs and two total blocks.

Adrian hit .257 as a team including .385 in the second game. Samantha Mercy led the Bulldogs with 26 digs in four games.
