ADRIAN, Mich. - The Adrian College volleyball team outlasted the visiting Comets of Olivet College in a conference match on Tuesday night.

In the five game thriller, Adrian emerged victorious with scores of 30-15, 28-30, 30-28, 28-30, 15-10. Jenny Carlson had a game-high 24 kills in the victory in 53 chances for a .358 kill percentage. Lindsey Eshelman added 14 kills of her own while Samantha Mercy had 24 digs. Natalie Niblock had 51 assists in the Bulldogs' win.

The Comets were led by an 18 kill effort by Ellen Schulz and a 20 dig night for Lindsey Tarrant.

The Bulldogs, now 13-9 (9-4 MIAA), will next host Albion College on Thursday night for a 6:30 p.m. conference match.
